The Bluetooth device made by Atheros requires the firmware /lib/firmware/ar3k/AthrBT_0x11020000.dfu
. May be you can find some RPM package containing it searching the net.
Debian packages required (Debian 8 Jessie):
apt-get install bluetooth bluez bluez-cups
Check that there are no errors during kernel loading:
